Snatch Lab — Privacy Policy

Snatch Lab is a game for players of all ages. We built it to collect as little data as possible. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, or any advertising identifiers. There is no chat and there are no ads.

What we store

Data	Why	Details
A random player ID and secret token	To keep your game progress	Created by our server the first time you play. It is not linked to who you are. It is stored on your device and on our game server.
Game progress	To run the game	Creatures, in-game money, gems, upgrades, quests and stats.
Player name	Shown to other players	Generated from a fixed list of fun words (for example "Sneaky Potato"). Players cannot type their own name.
Purchase receipts	To deliver purchases exactly once	Order IDs from Google Play. We never see card or payment details — Google handles payment.
IP address (temporary)	To connect you to the game and prevent abuse	Used while you are connected to limit connections per network. Not stored with your progress.

What we do not do

No advertising, no ad networks, no tracking or analytics SDKs.
No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
No free-text chat; players communicate only with preset emotes.
No third-party requests from the game: fonts and graphics are bundled with the app.

Children

Snatch Lab does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because players cannot enter personal information, there is nothing personal to collect. In-app purchases are optional and require the Google Play account holder's approval; we encourage children to ask a parent before buying.

Random items

Eggs contain random creatures. The exact odds for every rarity are shown in the shop before purchase.

Keeping and deleting data

Progress is kept while you play. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the token from your device; the anonymous progress on our server is then unreachable and is deleted after 12 months of inactivity. To delete it sooner, contact us with your player name from Settings.

Security

All game traffic is encrypted (WSS/HTTPS). The server validates every action, so progress cannot be changed by modified clients.

IP address (ชั่วคราว) — ใช้ขณะเชื่อมต่อเพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ ไม่บันทึกคู่กับข้อมูลเกม

ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีระบบติดตามหรือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม
ไม่ขายหรือแบ่งปันข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม
ไม่มีแชทแบบพิมพ์อิสระ ใช้อีโมจิสำเร็จรูปเท่านั้น

เด็ก

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้ใช้ทุกวัย รวมถึงเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี การซื้อในเกมเป็นทางเลือกและต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากเจ้าของบัญชี Google Play เราแนะนำให้เด็กขออนุญาตผู้ปกครองก่อนซื้อ

ไอเทมสุ่ม

ไข่มีตัวประหลาดแบบสุ่ม และแสดงอัตราการได้ของแต่ละระดับไว้ในร้านค้าก่อนซื้อ

การลบข้อมูล

การถอนการติดตั้งหรือล้างข้อมูลแอปจะลบโทเคนออกจากเครื่อง ข้อมูลเกมแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์จะถูกลบหลังไม่มีการใช้งาน 12 เดือน หากต้องการลบเร็วกว่านั้น ติดต่อเราพร้อมชื่อผู้เล่นจากหน้าตั้งค่า
